has anyone else run into these guys? i can’t figure out how exactly they clean, their web site is vague and rather harsh on other cleaners, and now they are hitting on some of my property mangers for business. on the plus side they have a national call center that has turned off several people who called me instead
You read their website and the only thing it says about cleaning is that they use the “power of oxygen”. You really have to search to even get an idea of how they clean. Best I have ever been able to figure is that they use the hoist system in some way as they mention quick dry times, low moisture, and pile lifter. Chance they may use some form of dry shampoo, but once again, who knows after reading their site. I’ve been meaning to call one of the local operators and shop them, but have more important items on list to attend to. They bag on the bonnet system, so they don’t use what we use. For upholstery they appear to use some form of dry foam shampoo. Ok for dry clean only fabrics, but I’ve never been too impressed with the results of it overall. Who knows how they clean tile and grout. Their website has so little solid information that it makes me feel like I just read a used car salesman’s website. Just my 2 cents…
They can’t have much equipment because here the guy drives a PT Cruiser.

From what I heard its like a rotovac system. Not positive as I haven’t seen it yet.
