I think it would be a good idea if corporate offered some sort of ongoing training/educational support system. Maybe a once a week conference call that covered a diferent topic each time (ie. spot dying, leather cleaning, hardwood cleaning). One week of training in Rexburg Idaho isn’t enough. Just food for thought.

Conference call, yes that’s a good idea. Maybe not once a week but, every other or once a month would do it.
    I’m in.
    Thanks Evan

I think once a week would be just fine. There’s a million topics to be covered. If anything they could do it MORE than once a week. I’m actually about to call corporate right now. I’m about to hire a helper. No idea what steps to take to do so. That could have been a topic right there….”This weeks topic of discussion; how to hire an employee”. The list could go on and on and on.

ok, let’s try once a week and see how it goes. True, there is a lot of topics what we can cover ( and I need it 😀 )

There are a few resources that we have been working on.
    – The monthly newsletters. (Sometimes they cover cleaning techniques, but sometimes they don’t)
    – The tutorials section of the website. (this is newer) To get to it, log into the operators section, and on the horizontal menu there is a section called “Tutorials/Demos”.

But maybe doing a weekly five minute training video would be a good idea? Then we could add it to the other tutorial videos and it would be a ever growing resource. How many operators would use this resource?

For hiring an employee there are a couple resources on the City Owner’s Area page.

I love the tutorials. Every now and then just watch them as a refresher. Would love more.
