Looking through the HB Store I keep coming across products I’ve never heard of. Anyone know what over under wax is ? Is there anyway we could have a section on the bulletin board where every time a new product is added to our company we could get a brief description of what it is used for and when to use. Or maybe under product description it could have the information.
Mike, I’ve been requesting that for a while now. Every product should have a brief description in the online store in my opinion.
In two of our areas in Idaho we do some work for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They have required that we use a specific Brand of Product on their Hard Surface Floors. It is called Over and Under. The product is on our store for the two operators involved. Any time we have a new product for all operators to use we put it in the newsletter with a brief description of the product and the procedures of how to use it. We also try to spotlight a new product on the Store for a while to let our operators know what it is for and how to use it.
Our Wax and Shine is used on all other VCT tile floors other than the the few LDS churches we do here in Idaho. That is why you have never heard about this product. It is only used by a limited number of operators in a limited number of areas.
