    Just browsed new online store catalogue. I will save comments about it for another date after I have used it a while and given it a fair shake, but I still have one HUGE problem with it like I did the past one. Are we going to get pics of the products? Just curious. I’m a visual person and will probably buy more product if I can see a picture of it under details. I know what a bottle of Protectant looks like and am not overly concerned about that, but replacement parts for equipment is a whole different story. Likewise for large ticket purchases like the Tile/Grout package,etc. Or, on packages list the part numbers for all included products so we can look at their pics individually if so desired. I know it was just implemented and may take time, but old online catalogue was missing pics too. I don’t like buying just words (and the Riddler’s Question mark card). Maybe it’s just me…….

    Ditto to that. Sometimes the descriptions don’t seem to say it all. We need photos. My wife orders my supplies. I tell her what I need but sometimes she cannot find what I describe to her. Photos would help.

    The pictures are in the process of being uploaded. This is done individually so it takes a while and it is not the only project Michael is working on. He is able to get a number of pictures on each day. He thinks that by the end of next week most of the pictures should be up and working.

    Hey thanks for letting us know how we can make the website easier for you. I just finished adding all the pictures that we have yesterday. John is going to take pictures of the products that are missing pictures. I think for the large items, we will first do what you suggested and just list the product numbers that are included in the package. Then I will try to convince Adam to take a picture of the packages.

    As for the question marks, I like question marks. I think they work really well on getting tough spots out. ha

    I really do appreciate your input, though.

    Thanks Michael. I know that is not an easy task, but it really helps out on my end.
