Hi all! New to the Franchise, just getting going after training. I own OKC, OK…..I have a market for hardwood floors in my area. It seems there are several ways that everyone is doing the floors, some use wax, some use wood floor cleaner, some use multi surface cleaner. Can anyone that does this a lot give me a step by step that will give the best but more importantly CONSISTENT CONFIDENT results…….Thanks Dave Ashton,,,,,,,
Hey Dave- I dont do a ton of wood floor jobs. Maybe a couple a month. But when I do, I use the wood floor cleaner, along with the wood floor pads (white and red). You should watch the video corporate has on the website showing the process. We get the best results if the wood still has plenty of finish on it. Shines up real well. Poorest results come when the finish has worn off. Doesn’t shine up at all. ALWAYS let the customer know that.
