Thinking of a new slogan for our local Heaven’s Best…. “Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning, There’s a better way!” I need a tag line…let me know what you think.

My suggestion:
Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning, Yes We Are!It may be a bit too prideful though. However, ZeroRez has their tagline of “The Right Way to Clean”. (Which irks me every time I see it.)
But, I haven’t been in business, run a business, or experienced as much as everyone else. So remember that about my comments. 🙂
My last thought. I do like your tagline. With your tagline, it seems to reach to those that have used other companies. Who is the exact target market?
June 28, 2013 at 6:08 am #155852hbottumwaParticipantPassion sells. Over sell only if you are willing to OVER DELIVER. Example, pre vacuum -the best you can- (it’s easier to remove dirt than it is mud). Professionally clean the carpet like you truly care, groom the carpet, make sure it will dry in an hour. When you do tile & grout, do the 2 to 3 inches up the sides that the mop sloshes on… Do something that the customer will share your passion with someone else.
Slogan suggestion…
I’ve heard “If the spot comes back, so do we.” Perhaps reassuring but it’s not very uplifting and carries little passion.
“Find out why we are called Heaven’s Best!” This is not arrogance if you are willing to OVER deliver. We do have the name Heaven’s Best don’t we?
The why is an important question, unless of course it’s your two year old for the thousandth time in the last 30 seconds. Find your passion and you find your why. (Don’t be the two year old and ask me why…) You team will only be employees unless they “live the why”.
A question could be… “What did I do to earn my Heaven’s Best “Wings” today?”
Or better yet, “What did I do (with passion) to work toward my visionary one, two, or five year goal today?”
July 1, 2013 at 9:24 pm #155853AnonymousInactiveThanks for the input fellas. My area is dominated by the ugly yellow vans, I here on a very frequent basis how poor of a job they do. I have 7 different chem Dry franchises in my area, I here mixed results from their customers. Then there is a multitude of the one truck guys, very few have good reputations. I want our catch phrase to make people searching or that see our logo to think “why are they different?’. We have a completely unique way of cleaning. I want people to see that we are not at all what you expect, I want people to say “i paid a little more but they moved my furniture(happily) they vacuumed my windowsills, baseboards. They even cleaned my ceiling fans! Plus my carpet was dry in one hour!”
Carpet cleaning is such a competitive market here, Gordon is exactly right about passion, customers can tell if your are just there for the check. I don’t care if I make an extra $15 on a job, I want them to have no doubt who they are going to call next time and who they are going to recommend to their friends. So when I say ‘Heaven’s Best Carpet Cleaning, There is a Better Way!” I not only mean our process I mean the attention you are going to get from us as a company.ps the ceiling fan thing is something I just started doing, takes me a few minutes with the port a vac, great response from customers.

August 28, 2013 at 10:38 pm #155855AnonymousInactiveI’m not worry about my competition anymore and there is a lot of carpet cleaners around me, trust me.
As of now I’m the highest rated carpet cleaner on Google within 20 miles radius from my city and that’s what I tell every single customer. I’m honest and tell every customer the same, do your research before you invite someone in to your house. There is a 1000s of carpet cleaners out there but, do they know what they doing ?, do they have any reviews ?, if not, why not ? If they offer you a $5.00 or $10.00 per room, do you think you will be happy with a results? Every business in world has to have a business expense and profit and with a $5.00 or $10.00 or $15.00 per room there is something fishy going on.
After telling my customers about other carpet cleaners now I start talking about Heaven’s Best. I’m not just small independent carpet cleaner with Heaven’s Best name, we are an International company with locations all over USA, Canada, Alaska and UK. Our cleaning process is unique/totally different than others, we don’t buy cleaning solution from retail store or any warehouse just like other carpet cleaners but, we have our own 100% safe for kids and pets cleaning solution which is 100 times better and as you can see all my reviews on Google I go above and beyond. Heaven’s Best don’t do just a 1 hour quick job, soak your carpet, collect money and good bye but, we will be in your house for few hours (depend on job I already know exactly how long I’ll be in their house) because we are after quality and once we’re done your carpet will be dry within an hour. So, do you have any question?Honestly guys, I already cleaned a lot of carpets but, the cleaning solution what we have is just unbelievable, great and I love it. Someone already asked me: don’t you want to use something else/another cleaning solution ? My answer was straight, NO AND NEVER WILL because this is it, this is the best cleaning solution and if you don’t trust me I’ll bet on it.
Let’s just all do GREAT/ QUALITY job and be honest and friendly.Adrian

“There’s a reason were called Heaven’s Best!”
“We’re not the water in water out guys. We work the carpet, professionally clean, and have the carpets dry within an hour.” Warning: If you use this line on a radio ad, your competitors are going to blow a gasket.
Regardless of the tag line you use, you must show your passion. The one who eventually wins, conquers, dominates, is the one who consistently shows passion for what they’re doing.
Maybe, “Cleaning is our passion!” (with passion)September 1, 2013 at 5:33 am #155857AnonymousInactivethanks Gordon, that’s what I meant 😀
