    WOW!!!! AWESOME!!!! FANTASTIC SEMINAR!!!
We want to thank everyone for a GREAT meeting.

We learned how to dye carpet bleach spots, and how to do minor repairs on carpets, while others learned how to clean leather. We had an LMCCA presentation by Lonnie McDonald, who informed us how important it is for all of us to be members. So if you haven’t joined please go to lmcca.org and learn more. As Lonnie indicated we are strong in numbers.

Also, knowing that our answers to the Franchise Business Review are important and we all need, all of us to participate — wouldn’t 100% response be great. We’ve done ours. We would like to encourage you to complete the survey, if you haven’t already done so, before the end of the week of February 5th, as Cody believes that is when the survey response time will end.

The presentation by The Refueler, Kathlynn McConnell, was awesome. We know a smile goes a long way, Kathlynn confirmed it. With all of us having a busy, hectic, sometimes overwhelming lifestyle, there is one thing that helps us through it and that is a simple laugh & smile. Her exercise of breath and ha; and breath and ha,ha; and then breath, ha,ha,ha is so simple. You can do this anytime and anywhere, rain or shine, and we will practice this especially on extreme pressure, overwhelming days and situations. Thanks, Kathlynn! Oh yea, love the finger puppet.

The van, money, and equipment give-a-ways were way above and beyond expectations. The Van was beautiful. We wish we could tell all of you, who were not at the seminar, who won the van. But we know they would like to let you know themselves. So for now, we would like just to congratulate them again. And we are so Very Happy for them. We know their trip home was a very happy one.

The price we paid to attend the seminar was very little for the great food we ate, the great conversations with old and new friends and information we received at the seminar were invaluable! Not to mention the awesome drawings. The future looks bright and we are excited. The seminars each year help to renew our friendships and meet new members of the family. We would not have missed it for anything. We are so looking forward to the next one.

Once again, may we please ask or rather encourage, those of you who have not done so yet, to join the LMCCA and to please complete the Franchise Business Review survey as soon as possible.

Thank you, Home Office for a GREAT SEMINAR!!!

    DITTO!!!!!!!!!!!

An unbelievably well planned event…kudos to Holly!!!!!!!!

A thank you to Kathlynn, who shared our class in July, 2003. Her enthusiasm and positive insights and introduction was just what I needed.

A huge thank you to Cody for his vision and ability to ensure it’s fulfillment…and of course his wife Sherry for her support and wifely love that passes all understanding.

Kudos to the state owners taking time to exchange ideas with my son and me.

To those whom we met, thanks for your conversations, advice and thoughts.

To each and every one of the presenters…THANK YOU so much for sharing your experience and advice. Reading a transcript or watching a video pales to being there and feeling your enthusiasm and energy in the room. Each and every one of you did an outstanding job and can and most probably will make each and every operator in attendance more efficient and/or more profitable. Thanks again.

Most especially, thank you to Bud & LaRee Howard for their support of Cody and their city owners.

I, for one, will rethink and sort out what I have seen and heard. My wife, son and I will implement and consistently reevaluate our Business and Marketing Plans incorporating what we have learned the past two days.

Words are unable to express further my personal appreciation for each and every owner, operator, spouse and employee present. Each of you made a difference in the life of another during the past two days.

    Thanks.

Thank you for always investing your time to deliver great annual seminars for all of us. This International Seminar was really off the charts by any standards. New Van, tons of equipment, $$$, supplies, food, etc. I can’t imagine missing an opportunity to receive valuable information about our company’s direction and many other powerful marketing, customer service and technical training. I think this is my first visit to Vegas leaving with extra money in my pocket. Another big surprise was having corporate actually pay us to attend this magnificent experience by issuing the 101 certificates!

Cody, John, Holly, Adam, Linda, Sheri, Judy and all the operators that shared their time and experience – THANK YOU!

    Ditto!!!

It was a great group of meetings!

Cody and Holly and team bettered their best!

Even I the old 46 year old guy learned allot. My first job home went from $420 something to $553! Life is not only good, it is very good!

A special thanks to all who helped make this great!

Just like the NATIONAL, I have never been to a REGIONAL meeting where Cody didn’t pay us to be there.
Cody gave all attendees 2 gallons of 101. Everyone of us can make at least $3000 dollars with this. With or without the educational experience, I am going to make more money off the 101 than I paid for the trip.

Those that didn’t attend missed a HUGE opportunity.
Corporate gave out over $40,000 dollars worth products and equipment.

I’m sure that I will see you at the next one.

I also felt i learned a lot from this seminar. It was very informative and i met a lot of great people who love this business as much as i do. However, i heard Cody say we all were getting the 2 gallons of 101, but i didn’t get a certificate. Did i miss something. When did they give them out? I will call corp. Monday morning and check into it. I can’t wait to till we can get the dye kit. I feel that will be a big benefit! Good luck to all

    Hi Richard,
They kept the business cards from the drawing and will use them to make a list of the attendees for the 101.

It was a great time. I really enjoyed networking with and meeting several of the HB owners around North America.

I came away with a ton of good info to help take my biz to the next level.

    Thanks for everything…

I would like to thank Cody, his awsome family and dedicated staff for an absolutly incredable experience. The international seminar, that I invested less than a thousand dollars in (including my poor luck in the casino), was less than one half of one percent of what Cody invested. His money was invested for our benifit and I am truly grateful! I am sure that my investment will be recouped from the knowledge I gained. I hope we can all improve our business and work harder to sell franchises so that Cody may recoup his investment as well. Have you noticed that I am using the word “investment” rather than “cost”? This was a great investment even if your name was not drawn for one of the wonderful prizes. By the way, Congats to Brian Purdy!!!!!!!! you lucky dog.

During my presentation on stain protector sales, I had a small phrase that came out that may have offended some of the listeners. I would like to appologize for that unintended “wording”.
I would also like to add a portion of my presentation that I failed to mention. For those of you that invest in some sort of IRA or would like to, I found that you can earn aprox. 600% interest on your money by buying stain protector and re-selling it! I have never heard of any stock that will return anywhere near that. THE MORE YOU APPLY, THE MORE YOU MAKE!

I would also like to thank everyone who attended the seminar. It is so amazing to have hundreds of great people ( Family Members ), in one room, unselfishly sharing knowledge and friendship.

    Hi all 😆

WOW! What a FABULOUS seminar! I have planned and attended many a seminar and know how challenging it can be to prepare for and deliver. Cody, family and staff -kudos to you for all your energy and generosity.

    The information shared- invaluable
    the prizes- unbelievable
    the “hands-on” sessions -enlightening
the location – warm! ( I returned home to a temperature of – 14 degrees),
    the networking- PRICELESS!

I know we all came away with different ideas to enhance our processes and businesses as well as new relationships to increase our “circle of influence” and resource base.

To all those who attended, thank you for sharing your knowledge and support. And THANK YOU to our HB Corporate family, for providing such a valuable experience. I so look forward to the next one!!

Until the next time we visit, I wish you all well.

Being a board member in the Shrine,I go to four seminars a year. The shrine of north America can not hold a candle next to the job that Heavens Best has done.My wife and I have organized a seminar here in Muskogee for 2000 shriners ,its very hard work ,I just wished we could have taken lessons from Cody and his family ..
    It was a GREAT seminar!!
Thank you for all that you have done !!!

I would like to thank the obvious people, Cody and Holly. I would also say we should not forget Adam, with my shipping background I know tradeshows/seminars can be somewhat of a nightmare. Getting all our training supplies, displays, and equipment there and back is a big job. Bottom line Cody and his family worked very hard, and they did it to help us.

Being new to the HB family I need all the help and advice I can get, seeing the successful operators and talking face to face with them was more beneficial than anything else I can think of. If you think about it there was probably over 1000 years of carpet cleaning experience together at once, pretty amazing.

I wasn’t sure it was worth going. Now that I’ve been, I know I will never miss another (free 101 or not). Thanks to everyone for the generous advice and wealth of knowledge you offered to me.

I agree with all of you, great job Cody & company.
FYI I just paid $1495.00 for a two day seminar in Washington DC, NOT counting Airfare, Hotel & Car Rental. They didn’t even give me product!

    Cody & Company:

I agree completely with the afore-mentioned letters.

It was a great seminar filled with information and incredible generosity, which by the way I was very humbled by the ammont of generosity.

To those who did not attend (for whatever reason), you did miss out and should take note for the next meeting whenever that one is.

Thank you Cody and to all those responsible in large and small ways for an event that was truly a success.
