    Hello HB Family,

    Happy New Year.

    I am hoping that someone out there can give me some leads on economical mailing list services. I am looking to focus in on specific areas, but I am hoping not to pay outrageous prices for the addresses.

    Any help out there???

    I got a call yesterday from a company that specializes in new people that have bought houses in my county (Walton). I got a list of 300 names & addresses last year from this same company. I sent an introdutiion brochure, letter, and $20 off coupon. I probably only sent out around 20.
    I did not get any response, so I dropped this idea. The number that called me was 727-943-8640. Good Luck!

    Dave: Your local Chamber of Commerce sometimes has an updated listing of people moving into your community. Membership to the chamber is usually required. BNI groups are another (in my case) great way to get people talking about you. Again, membership is usually required to get information. In regards to those BNI groups, check out these groups before joining a particular group. 2 free meetings are accepted but after that membership will be required. Some cities have numerous groups meeting at various times of the day. Find one that suits your style and personality and schedule.

    Call any Title company. They have lists that you can buy for a few cents per name and they can sort them any way you like. The title companies do this for realtors every day. Make sure you get the homes with a good income for your area. Hope this helps.

    Thanks for putting that http://www.usadata.com site up blowenthal. It’s great. Hey Nev, you should blowenthal a ring. He is a big dog in the big bucks, so I hear, when it comes to customer base, commercial base accounts.
