Good job Brain and Kelly. We recently used this with our own discount and it’s already working. Thanks.

January 22, 2007 at 7:12 pm #148503AnonymousInactivei mailed out 850 postcards last week that were very similar. So far i have scheduled 5 jobs, which this time of the year for me in Iowa is pretty good. I only wish that i had a shorter exp. date. I made it good until March 31. The first 2 calls were for March 30 and 31st. the other 3 were for this week. I also went with 20% off. Which is the largest percentage i have ever done.
January 22, 2007 at 8:54 pm #148504AnonymousInactiveWe have done a holiday mailer for the past 3 years. Works well. We do $25 off, and also send (3) $20 off coupons that are for new customers only that they can give out to friends/family. We do expiration date of 3/31, but extend it out to 5/31 for any customer that we cleaned for in Nov or Dec.
January 23, 2007 at 4:07 am #148505AnonymousInactiveAn update on my mailing. 28 jobs totaling $5116.00

February 22, 2007 at 3:33 am #148508AnonymousInactiveI filled my schedule book to the end of Feb. My post card was good from 1/1/07 through 2/28/07. Booked 67 jobs and pulled in $14,500. Average invoice of $216 @ 25% off. Still made money! I think my wants her cut of the dough. There goes the profits!!!!!!
February 22, 2007 at 3:35 am #148509AnonymousInactiveShould read “I think my WIFE wants her cut of the dough”
February 23, 2007 at 2:24 pm #148510AnonymousInactiveMy card hasn’t done that well, yet. I made mine good until the end of March. I sent it out in the middle of January. So far $1832.56 out of 12 calls. I have 5 jobs scheduled for March to add to that. I have averaged $152.71 a job. I am sure as the weather gets better I will get more calls but still disappointing. 🙄
February 23, 2007 at 2:25 pm #148511AnonymousInactiveoh, by the way, i sent out over 800 cards!
February 24, 2007 at 3:07 pm #148512FL18ParticipantHang in there Leo. It will turn out fine. If not now, they may call in a year or so. I still have flyers I passed out 2 years ago working for us.

March 29, 2007 at 7:42 pm #148513AnonymousInactiveFinal tally not yet in, but it looks like I am going to do around $6000 in business with about 30 jobs. So far i have averaged $170.00 a job. I am going to have the best March I ever had this year!!!
I had another card printed that i am going to send out next week for 15% off.March 30, 2007 at 2:46 am #148514AnonymousInactivewe are just starting out and thinking of doin a mailing. who do you guys use for mailing? how many do you ship out at a time? do you purchase a name list from the printer or get your own and supply them? and how long do you normally give before expiration? Any info on mailings would be greatly appreciated. I wish even greater success for all of HB this year.
