    Would it be possible to have a feature that allowed me to export a list of customers that haven’t used us in a specific amount of time? Say 18 or 24 months.

    Using the HB Schedule, I don’t know of a way to do this. I’m not going to say it isn’t possible, but at first glance it doesn’t seem to be. I do know that in quickbooks you can flag customers as inactive. Once you’ve done this, they go on an inactive list and you don’t see them on your regular customer list.

    Are there not going to be any more updates to the HB software?

    Currently the software is being phased out as we switch over to Quickbooks. We don’t expect any further updates to be applied to it. I am still happy to try and answer questions about the software though.
