    Dave,
    LMCCA now has their new web site up and running. You can go to http://www.lmcca.org there is an area on the left to find a cleaner. You will need to choose from the drop down menu the country, then it will allow you to choose a state. Do not put in the zip code. All Heaven’s Best areas in the state will then show up as well as any other carpet cleaning company that is part of the LMCCA. If you do choose the U.S. then type in your zip code, your information that is on the LMCCA web site should show up.

    If you have any questions, please give John Steiner a call and he can walk you through it.

    I can find us by only…repeat ONLY typing in my zip code. A nearby zip gets nothing and the state gets the same company for all states..I guess it is just my computer…

    But it does the exact same thing for Idaho for me…

    I am obviously doing something stupid…

    Cody,
    How do we edit the contact information on the LMCCA site? Do I contact them directly, or go through you guys? They have a listing for one of the smallest towns in my service area (I appreciate the listing), while some of the largest are not listed. I don’t need every city but would like the primary ones listed.

    I.m in the same boat as Rick, but in addition, I am listed in Ferris’ area and one of my primary areas has the city name botched.

    Can anyone explain why, when I go into the site and click on United states and then put Iowa, Idaho or any other state into the box, up pops Brite Carpet Cleaners? nothing else? For the entire state? Every state…

    And no one to communicate with there?

    If any of the city names or other information on their site is wrong, please send an email to john@heavensbest.com explaining how it is listed and how it needs to be corrected. He will contact LMCCA with the needed changes.

    Dave, we cannot recreate the situation you are describing. You may want to shut your computer off totally and then reboot after a few minutes, and try the process again. Also most computers store web site information in their memories. You may want to delete all of the temporary files stored on your computer. If you need help doing this give us a call.

    I was experiencing the same thing you were. Did what Cody said (delete temp internet files) and now I get the correct list.

    I just paid for the membership and want to know how or what I need to do to get listed on the LMCCA site ?.
