I had an operator call and ask how to register with LMCCA. We both looked for a link in the BB and newsletters. Can anyone help us and future members by reveling how to get the application form? How or where on the form do we apply for the Heavens Best discount?

“The Low-Moisture Carpet Cleaning Revolution”
, Page 36.
Great article with evolution of Low Moisture cleaning and an intro to the future with a brief discussion of encapsulation.

August 27, 2008 at 2:01 am #149277AnonymousInactiveI’m not listed either but I see Ferris is. He’s always been the special one!! 🙄
August 27, 2008 at 3:44 am #149278pachecoParticipantI know we paid early on and I have asked corporate on at least two occasions about getting listed on the website…Cody said something about their website design change problem of some sort….
LMCCA may be a good idea, with some wrinkles.
August 28, 2008 at 12:06 am #149279AnonymousInactiveSutton . . . just good clean livin’. 😉
August 28, 2008 at 3:55 am #149280AnonymousInactiveFerris,
It seems you judge your ” clean livin’ ” much the same as my customers judge their ” clean carpet “. Nobody likes to admit how soiled they are! 😆September 9, 2008 at 4:28 am #149281Bwaite77ParticipantAlso, they never sent an invitation to log into the LMCCA website, in order to create a user account. Hopefully that will change with the updated website.
November 17, 2008 at 3:25 am #149282AnonymousInactiveI briefly tried to log on the LMCCA “members only” section of their website. Without the user name and password, registration was impossible. Even trying as a new member, I failed. Any advice out there?
November 17, 2008 at 10:37 pm #149283jdmartin401ParticipantSame thing happened to me. The old password and sign in would not work since the updated web site went live.
November 17, 2008 at 11:32 pm #149284pachecoParticipantI am happy to actually see our name there after some 10 months or thereabouts, even if they left out the apostrophe or other information
November 19, 2008 at 3:03 am #149285AnonymousInactiveThe LMCCA has had a nightmare of a time in getting their new web site up and running. We have had the discussion with them numerous times and it is not their fault but a web designer has dropped the ball for them. We will get those of you who joined this year included next year for no cost. The LMCCA is a great association and working with them we are making a difference in the industry. We need them and they need us. Please do not give up on them. Everything will be worked out.
December 18, 2008 at 2:05 pm #149286pachecoParticipantI can find no operators now, unless I look for their specific zip…not state. Also, they have no phone number listed in the site that I could find….none.
If I was looking for a cleaner in PA, only one shows up, and they are the same one in all states…strange -
