Thanks to Cody and Gordon for coming all the way to Des Moines for the seminar. As usual it was great to get together with all the operators as well. I came away feeling good and jazzed for the spring weather to come. There’s always something to learn at these seminars. I would highly encourage anyone to attend the seminar in your area. As franchisees, there are so many advantages to being involved in this company. If we don’t take full advantage of all the benefits offered, we are just guys out there on our own. Try to recall all the reasons you become involved with the Heaven’s Best family . . . then be ready to use all the tools at your fingertips! Happy Spring!

Ditto!!! There was a feast of great information. There’s an interesting finding I didn’t mention…
If you number the alphabet, A Is 1 and Z is 26. If you total the letters in the word ATTITUDE, you get 100! Translation… 100% positive ATTITUDE changes everything.

It was a great seminar. Just in time as spring is just now starting to get here. Thanks again to Cody, Gordon, and all who came and contributed to this event.

What seminar? I wasn’t informed about a seminar.

The lesson learned here is just because you sent someone 5 or 6 emails over a years time, doesn’t mean their server really delivered (sent to the proper address and without a delivery failure notification). I have not received “Ashley Manor” bills from an Idaho operator either. After three months of trying, it was forwarded from his wife’s personal email. Because it was forwarded and therefore I could see the attempts were properly made.
If this happens to you, first you must recognize it and second have them send you an email and you respond to it to recognize it. Even them it may take more than one try. One resulted in missing a seminar and the other resulted in a long delay in getting paid. Rich and Tyson, I deeply apologize for these email mishaps.
