Has anyone heard of or used this service? They are called incontact24-7 and it is basically a leads generator. Supposedly, for $199, they will provide you with 100 pre-qualified leads that are expecting your phone call.
Thanks
Dan

They solicit me 10 times a month, at least. Don’t believe what they are selling. I’ve asked them to stop calling me multiple times but they wont stop. One of the ladies even had the nerve to tell me “quit advertising if you don’t want to be solicited”. I refuse to do business with a company who is disrespectful.

I started a post not too long ago about this same topic, you can read about it further down. I am very annoyed with the company myself. They will not stop calling me. I have asked to be taken off the list several times and they will not! I initially had expressed some interest, but what it all boils down to is that they start by saying that they will get you leads, but what they really want is to be an after hours secratary/answering service. I would have to train all of their employees on what my criteria is, more about the company, and then they would try to get the job for me. NO THANKS! I can to just fine by myself. Also, it seems that the same person is calling me over and over, because I would recognize that little foreign voice in a crowded room of people. STAY AWAY FROM IN CONTACT 24-7 AT ALL COSTS is my recommendation. If there is someone that uses them and is pleased, please speak up, but for me, NO WAY.March 28, 2008 at 12:05 pm #151836HB2003ParticipantThanks for the info…
March 28, 2008 at 1:53 pm #151837AnonymousInactiveIf their number comes up as an actual phone number and they won’t stop calling me, I program those types of people into my phone and label them as “solicitor 1”, “solicitor 2”, etc. (I am up to #8 on my phone). That way, I don’t even have to waste my time to answer the phone when they call. Obviously doesn’t work if they are a blocked number or unavailable #.

Good ide’a. I’m going to start doing that with my phone. By the way Incontacts number, on my phone, shows up as a (212) areas code.March 28, 2008 at 7:20 pm #151839pachecoParticipantDave,
Along that same line, I do not answer any calls with no number listed or out of my area code, or any weird numbers or 800, 866 866 anything strange…I figure they want to sell me something and almost every time, they leave no message. And 99% of those that do, I do not call at all and mark their number.
Anyone that does not have a number listed, that wants do do business leaves a message and too bad if they don’t…for them.
Just my 2 cents on the subject…

March 30, 2008 at 4:08 am #151843Larry youngParticipantI wanted to add my gripe on to 🙂 I kept getting this computer saying I needed to call them back 2-3 times a day, so after a week.I finaly called them. when I did they asked if I was so and so, I said wait a minute if you wish to talk with any one at this number you will call me back with a human and not a computer or no one at this number will talk to ya. after that about 4 more computer calls each with the same follow up call by me I told them that if I recieve one more phone call from them being a computer I was going to start a lawsuit against them. finaly they said alright. so we hung up they called back I told them no I have never heard of so so and that I had the nuber for 3 years. no more computer calls ……..from them anyways. ps it was winter and it did entertain me for a while any way.
Have A GREAT week!
