Hyperion

We’d like to share our experience transitioning to EZ Net Tools. We called them Oct. 3, Wed and spoke with Amy Allen, the project manager. She answered all of our questions and instructed us to fill out the online form. We had asked about transferring our existing domain and she told us what to ask Hyperion. Our next step was to email Ryan Ninneman at Hyperion to cancel our account. He responded by telling us “the terms and conditions require 30 days’ notice for cancellation and a $150 early cancellation fee”. He informed us that they had “purchased the domains when (we) registered and are therefore the owner. If you wish to purchase your domain(s), the fee is $150 per domain” and “the fee is $150 per phone number”. We saw no reason to give Hyperion any more money and immediately closed access to our auto deduct account.

Within in 24 hours, Amy with EZ Net Tools, had our website setup for review. We have contacted her about our changes and will be reviewing it on Monday. We asked if we would be able to edit our own website and she responded “Yes, When the project is 100% complete and approved by you – I will be sending you your login information for your website account along with some links to training material that will help you learn the EZ-NetTools page building software.” We like the idea that for $150 we can include as many areas as we want.

The service we are getting is night and day difference from what we and others had with Hyperion.
