I was just wondering if anyone was able to start their new website yet with this company called Hyperion? I have filled out their registration form a month and a half ago and still haven’t heard anything? I even called? Nothing! I would like any feedback anyone has about your experiences with getting a website from this company and how their customer service and communication has been towards you.
May 10, 2012 at 11:42 pm #155559ON02ParticipantI must say that i am going threw the same thing with Hyperion. It took them over a month to get a site up for me. Then i realized they used the wrong domain name. I have been trying to get them to change it for about 3 weeks now. They tell me every time I call that it will be fixed that day and nothing happens. I am completly fed up with them giving me the run around. I was hoping this would be a good thing but i have already paid them twice and its still not right. If something doesnt change soon I will be putting a stop on there payments.

If I read the May newsletter correctly, it said under trouble tickets, do not call Heaven’s Best Corporate Headquarters about Hyperion problems. They are not setup to handle these problems. I think your best bet is to setup trouble ticket with Hyperion. If this does not work in a reasonable amount of time, give me a call.July 27, 2012 at 5:48 am #155562AnonymousInactiveHave you guys been able to get your websites fix/up and running?
July 30, 2012 at 11:40 pm #155563HB2003ParticipantMy web site was suppose to be ready over a month ago (according to them), just needed to talk with me about server set up. I have not been able to get a hold of them since, sent emails, called, left messages, etc…
DanJuly 31, 2012 at 3:27 am #155564AnonymousInactiveI would call Ron then. Or call Cody to have him put their feet to the fire.
August 7, 2012 at 4:25 am #155565Linda OrrKeymasterI have been paying them for over four months now. Sent a trouble ticket with a question 2 months ago and haven’t received a response. I am fed up with them. I am about to make several calls if I have to and get my money back. I feel I have been scammed! So far it has been a big waste of money. They seem to be able to send the bill and collect money each month but can’t even respond to an email. What’s the deal? If anyone has had any success with them, please let me know what I can do.

August 23, 2012 at 5:12 pm #155567AnonymousInactiveJust started with the sign up with Hyperion, took them multiple weeks to get back with me even to get started, and now I am still waiting for them to fully deploy the site, they said by Tuesday, when I last had contact with them on the tenth of august. I guess I should have asked which Tuesday of this month or next month it will be done. Again multiple emails and a trouble ticket since and no response. If I, we, ran our business this way, we would be out of business, so is this worth waiting for, or is this just a test of my patience in which I failed at? I am about ready to just cancel and look somewhere else.
September 12, 2012 at 10:12 pm #155568AnonymousInactiveI signed up with them right when we got back to TX. I was having trouble with their site accepting my credit card info so called them and someone actually answered and took my info. The one and only time they have ever answered the phone. I have called atleast a dozen times with no answer and have filled out 10 trouble tickets. They have never responded back to me and like everyone else I’m pretty frustrated. Cody is well aware of the situation but im really thinking about going in a different direction as well..
September 24, 2012 at 2:08 pm #155569AnonymousInactiveI am sick and tired of trying to get a hold of them. I have submitted several trouble tickets, called, emailed, and pretty much anything and everything to get a hold of them. Of course there is always nothing, I have been with them since the conference in Florida and have seen zero results! I am trying one last time to get a hold of them today and if I don’t get an answer or don’t like their answers I’m pulling the plug. They are just not a good company at all, I would not recommend anyone else signing up with them.
September 24, 2012 at 2:29 pm #155570AnonymousInactiveThe more and more I think about it, I can not help but think I got scammed. I suggest we all pull out of this company before they take anymore money.
September 24, 2012 at 5:25 pm #155571AnonymousInactiveI did finally get my site up, BUT only after, as everyone else has experienced with, numerous emails and trouble tickets requests with no responses. I finally sent them a email on a Tuesday stating that if I had not heard anything by Friday, I was going to cancel and refute all charges with my credit card company. I did copy Cody and my state owner on all e-mails. Friday rolled around and again nothing. I called Hyperion’s 800 number and a local Michigan number that was on my credit card bill and left voice mails stating ” This is now cancelled.” I disputed the charge with Capital One. About two hours later I received an email saying the site has been deployed etc etc, we’ve been trying to get a hold of you, blah, blah blah…not factual……anyway the site was up, but the quote request went nowhere, thus I contacted Hyperion back, and they actually answered my email and said there was a typo in the address, and was fixed Saturday. The credit card company could not reach them either, so they charged back the last months fee. Talking to another local franchise owner, who had also contacted Hyperion for information and heard nothing back to get started, agrees that Hyperion is not worth our time to continue to deal with. Even though my site is up, moving forward I will not continue to deal with them and will use another vendor or build my own.
September 25, 2012 at 10:17 pm #155572AnonymousInactiveI will have a lot of information regarding our web sites and where we are headed in the newsletter that will be posted on October 1, 2012. I think it will answer most of your questions. I feel like we have been scammed by Hyperion also, but we do have some good things in the works with another company. It is best to build your new bridge before you burn the old one. I will be introducing our new bridge that we have been working on.
