Huntsville, Alabama is a great area for anyone who wants to put in a little work and do some more aggressive marketing. We have been successful with our excellent top-ranked website as our only marketing tool. We have three apartment complexes that use us exclusively and provide daily jobs year round. The area includes all of Madison County. Huntsville is the home of a large military base (Redstone Arsenal) and NASA facility (Marshall Space Flight Center), so the potential for residential income in and around the cities of Huntsville and Madison, Alabama is very good as many of these residents are military and government employees and contractors.
