I, along with many other HB operators, truly believe that our system and products are the best out there. The only way I can sell my services is to make the consumer feel that they are definitely getting the best. I wouldn’t be very convincing if I didn’t believe it.
I’m not asking this to be a wise guy, but how do you answer the question, “Why would I hire you instead of the steam cleaner?”
September 11, 2008 at 11:28 pm #148230Bwaite77ParticipantI have to disagree Gary.
I have done both, and I know for a fact, that I can remove more stains and sediment with this system.
However, I don’t have any experience with the new “Roto” systems for HWE. But compared with a wand; I’m going to win!!September 12, 2008 at 1:58 am #148231AnonymousInactiveI would like to add that I have cleaned in over 3000 homes and businesses, some multiple times, using the Heaven’s Best method. With this method, I have earned an impressive 99.97% satisfaction rate from my customers.. I am on my 6th year, ready to add a 3rd van and have not advertised in 21 months. My business continues to grow because of our great products and process. The proof is in the puddin’!!!!!!!
September 12, 2008 at 5:00 am #148232NJ05ParticipantThe up side to our process is the drying time…the downside to HWE is the lack thereof. All i know is when i think i have done a good job of cleaning i run a finishing towel….and get a ton of soil out..and these are jobs that are not heavily soiled…this is one of the reasons i say that HWE removes more soil if done properly..the down side ….well we all know the answer to that.
September 12, 2008 at 10:45 am #148233pachecoParticipantI think many of us have thought what you have thought before. We are in our 6th year as well and I had the opportunity to follow a HWE guy about 2 hours after he cleaned…looked good, until my BBC hit the carpet. First off the dirt he left was totally unbelievable and second, the animal hair loaded the pad.
I don’t know if it was a good job done by them, bad or mediocre..but one thing it did for me was to squash the mere thought that HWE was better…it is another system, but it cannot remove hair and dander as ours does and true cleanliness is somewhat arbitrary and not an absolute.
If you can follow a HWE guy, do what I did, you will most probably get the same results.
I have gone into many homes where there was no current pet or there has not been one for years and pulled out a ton of hair buried…or from around the baseboards and this after several or more HWE cleanings by others…others in HB land must have had the same experience.
Hope this is helpful.
Dave
P.S.- Please keep my wife’s safety in your prayers..she flew to Houston to visit our daughter and hubby for the weekend and see their home…and Houston…Thanks
September 12, 2008 at 3:31 pm #148234NJ05ParticipantI was just stirring the pot…and it worked quite well. I have found that just the mere mention of HWE makes the pot boil…you have to love it…
