In today’s markets (Because of the fear of Obama-care or what ever) there is a lot of lower paying jobs going to around 20 hours a week. People are looking to have 2 or even 3 part time jobs. I don’t want this to get into a political rant from anyone. I just feel there is a huge opportunity here to hire one, two, or three part time people. A part time person can (when trained) carry themselves. They have different connections, relatives, Kids school, and/or church congregation etc. Pay them to get you jobs as well as clean for you. Pay them in a way you and they can make money. Always looking for the win win situation. You can have a “part timer” work only Tuesday. The second one works Wednesday, and the third one works Friday or Saturday only. They are expected to book their day. “7a-4p is your time on the van.” Or second shift on the van on Tuesdays… Example only: Pay them 20-25% for booking jobs and another 20-25% for doing jobs. Spouses, parents, and kids can assist with “finding” work with their connections etc. The only way I see this going wrong is if there is no clear expectations of each other.

Am I right or am I right? What do you think?
