Has anyone ever heard of this company? Doesn’t look like it’s a franchise, however that doesn’t mean that someone couldn’t start one with this name. I can definately forsee it causing some confusion as people have already referred to my business as Heaven Scent.
I found one operator in Michigan (link below) and one in S.C. Could definately argue they are infringing on our service mark.

When we started up the business 27 years ago we named the company Heaven Scent. We ran into some road blocks when we tried to get the name registered as a federal trademark. We decided to change the name to Heaven’s Best at that time. As I remember we only had about a dozen of areas operating when we changed the name. I do not think this company would be able to get a Federal Registration for a tradmark Heaven Scent as they would have the same difficulty we encountered. The name Heaven Sent, and Heaven Cent are already registered. They are not Carpet Cleaning Companies. One is a perfume company that objected to us using the name Heaven Scent. We felt that the name change at that time was the best move for the company.
