I wore mine for the first 4 months in the biz. I no longer do and I’ve noticed a little thinning in the front. 😯
ditto…have not worn a hat since 1972 when discharged..got into some trouble in SEA about not wearing it…had it folded in my back pocket. A SAC base I was at liked me to wear one as well…
I think that Cody is more than reasonable and suspect has this as an option…not a requirement.
I would like to see black, grey, or brown hat options to match the pants. White isn’t so practical for a sweaty head and the blue cap doesn’t match anything.
I use white hats with blue bill. They don’t seem any different than the dark colored ones I used first. The dark hats got a white stain from sweat and faded faster. The white hats get sweat stains but don’t fade. I also have been able to wash my white hats with a little bleach and they came out like new. I would not use any bleach with the dark colored hats.
I’m with jeremy child above. My hat lasted a month. Especially being a white hat. You get a sweaty head here in south texas. I like to wear hats so i will probably go with the blue
