ParticipantI haven’t combed through every post but haven’t seen many comments about hardwood.
I did my first hardwwood floor Dec. 29th which turned out awesome. The homeowner was unhappy with the finish on the floor since they moved in (they complained it looked cloudy/hazy). They asked around and were advised to mop with a vinegar and water mixture. They tried that 10-12 times with little or no improvement.
I started to get nervous after I schedualed the job, being a new operator and having never done a wood floor. I called the customer the morning of his appointment and told him I was concerned that the floor may have a problem with the polyurethane and if that was the case our process would improve the look but may not correct the cloudiness.
Basically, I left it up him whether or not he wanted to pay $85 bucks to see if I could get their floor to look like they wanted before moving to the next level and getting it refinished. He told me it was definitely worth it. I told him I would do my best.
It turns out I was freaked out for nothing, when I was finished the floor couldn’t have looked better. I mean like it had been refinished, turned out I not only exceeded his expectations but my own as well.
Our system and products ROCK! I gain confidence with each job I do and am glad to be a part of this team.
Now let’s see how my first poll goes.

ParticipantI had to pick one so I chose the fist option. I really hadn’t done any yet, but haven’t advertised it yet as well. But would love to start. If u have before and after pics, would love to see them.

ParticipantDid I mention the floor looked AWESOME when I got finished. I’m really going to push hardwood cleaning.
I’d hoped to get a better response on the poll but alas, everyone seems a little shy.

ParticipantDid one the other week for a church. They had all the supplies, they just needed me to do the work. 800sf-cleaned and waxed=$200 in 1.5 hrs. I also did some carpet while there. The tile turned out pretty good.
