I got connected to a company that is called Greystar Properties. The strange thing is they do not own any property in Iowa. However, They do own property in Texas and some other states. They subcontract their carpet cleaning to qualified and approved carpet cleaning businesses. If anyone out wants the information I can email what I have IF you email me asking for the Greystar materials.
