Give em’ the pickle

After cleaning for your customers give them tips on keeping thier carperts cleaned. For example, take shoes off, vaccum once a week, etc. I know you all don’t want them to keep their carpets cleaned but they are so gald to know these things and will refer you very quickly. They will still have you back in 3 to 4 months regardless of what they do because they love the service and the people providing it.
