Does anyone sale pre-mixed fresh scent to customers? I use it from time to time to give a room a fresh smell especially when they have pets. It seems to last very long compared to most air fresheners and the customers love it. I have had customers actually ask about purchasing it from me to use in their homes.

It is a great product to freshen up upholstery and carpets prior to guests coming over, etc. It only costs about $1-$2 to make a 32 oz. bottle. Has anyone tried pushing this as another source of income? Maybe corporate can come up with a nice bottle for this similar to the one we use for spotter.

    Any thoughts???

    Danbo… 🙂

    Danbo,
    Good idea!

I’ve inquired to Rexburg Corporate about selling other various mixes (other than spotter) from our products and was told we can’t due to not having any properly labeled (as in legally adequate) bottles to sell them in.

Maybe they can get us some recommended labels for a few items.

I think it could be a good item to sell. Maybe even add a little disinfectant so that it will freshen and disinfect. Kind of like a freebreeze…

    Corporate, what do you think???

I understand that fresh scent will leave a residue if not rinsed out. Am I wrong? If not they would then have to rinse it out. If they want the smell maybe a 1:32 mix instead of a 1:16 mix. Maybe that won’t leave a residue

Pretty much every cleaning product on the market leaves some form of residue even the all mighty Heavens Best products. The key is to make sure they aren’t sticky residues.

You can definately mix it with more water and still get the scent. I will usually just spray a little (on mist) in the room and it adds a very pleasant smell to the room.
