Fax

We just switched over to an online fax company. The one we went with is MaxEmail. There are lots of other ones out there. We pay I believe $89 a year for the service. They gave us a local phone# and all of our faxs go to our email account. It is nice because I can check and send faxs from anywhere. We can also send out mass faxs fro the account to all customers. There are some companies that have this for free, but you have to pay if you want a local # otherwise it is a long distance #.

This has saved us over $130 a year from having a dedicated fax line. Also a fax line has become such standard in buisness these days. If I am talking to a company and they dont have a fax line, or they telll me to call the rege number and they will turn it on and then call back, it gives me the impression that they are real small/to small.
