ParticipantI want to thank all of you who have weighed in over the past few months on Fast Acting Enzyme, “how to” and “benefits of”. After reading all of the threads, I recently have encountered two tough jobs where by using the FAE I cut down on time and effort to complete. This stuff really works and works very well. I had one lady, who owned a rental home, who came back after our cleaning and only half jokingly asked if we had replaced the carpet. Good stuff, keep it coming!

InactiveI was about to back away from a very dirty micro-fiber sofa but the young couple was the son/daughter-in-law of my neighbor. It had 6 years of body and food oil on it so I hosed it down with FAE. After it soaked for 10 mins., I sprayed it with cleaning solution and started to scrub. The greasy dirt lathered up like melted chocolate ice cream. It about made me sick but it sure did a great job cleaning. I have cleaned these before without FAE and it seemed to take forever to get the soil loosened. FAE is the way to go with this type of conditions!

InactiveAnother good product on nasty furniture is the portable extract. I used it on a recliner for a guy that worked for a concrete factory and FAE would only gum it up so I tried portable extract and a little scrubbing and it cleaned up awesome. Try it on the nasty spots where the head rests and you will be amazed.

InactivePortable extract is a product that I seem to forget about. I have used it on a large gravy spill and on a motor oil spill with great results. Makes perfect sense to use it as you described. Thank you!

InactiveI found another situation that FAE works great on. Tile and Grout! I cleaned a small kitchen that was really bad. I was considering using a putty knife for my first step. Decided to try FAE and WOW! What a great product!!!
