I start at 159.95 for 3 areas with protector and add 40$ per area over 3. I sometimes reduce the amount for small hallways. My pricing includes protector – I do not even offer the option of ‘not’ including it. Commercially, I usually charge about .35 per sq ft with everything included. It’s the results that count! After they see how our results turn out – no one ever complains!
