all great ideas, thanx .My employee worked over the Memorial Day weekend ,he was happy to do that and wanted the hours. He made me some good $$ he made good$$ too. i gave him a cash bonus for his hard work . He was very grateful. I am grateful for him!! Remember to give the guys that do you a good job a little extra once in a while. It will definately pay off !

When I worked in restaurants, it was always nice when the Manager said good job. Most of my Managers said Thank-you after EVERY shift. Nothing is worse than busting your butt and no one cares or notices. Thats when you get discouraged and start looking for other work.

May 8, 2012 at 10:43 pm #152490AnonymousInactiveYes, we have our employees sign the “Confidential and Non Competition Agreement”. You can find a copy in the back of the procedures manual.

May 21, 2012 at 10:44 pm #152492AnonymousInactiveI just found a guy who is willing to do sales/marketing for me. Do you have any sales rep, if so how do you pay him?
Thanks
AdrianMay 21, 2012 at 10:50 pm #152493AnonymousInactive2 articles worth reading if you are hiring a dedicated salesperson. Won’t specifically give you an answer on their pay, but just good points to consider.

When you hire an employee, do you do background check? I can see that everyone on-line is charging $20.00 – $40.00 per employee screening. Is there any company for free?
ThanksAdrian
May 30, 2012 at 3:20 am #152495hbottumwaParticipantFree? Sure! Just go 65 in 25 mph Zone. Get those pretty red and blue disco lights shinning behind you, there’s your free back ground check!!!
Seriously, Cody has the forms to do an employee back ground check. I can not recall the price. I’m willing to bet your state owner Cody can help you! (The form! Not the 65 in a 25.)May 30, 2012 at 3:46 pm #152496AnonymousInactive:D, if u don’t ask , you’ll never know and if u don’t try 65 on 25 you’ll never see those nice shiny red/blue lights (disco ball)
close to u in your rear view mirror 😀
Thanks Gordon,Adrian

Particularity with the slow season of winter soon to be upon us. I wouldn’t want any employee to be economically hurt if there wasn’t enough hours for him to work.
