    I’ve asked this before but received no response; what exactly are the Heaven’s Best door mat’s offered in the online store?

    Of course we all know what a door mat is, but just wanted to know if any of you have purchased one or some.

    I know what a car is, but I like to see it before I buy it. I asked this question many moons ago, and obviously the pic is still not up on the online catalogue, along with pics of other products available.

    I agree. Many of the products offered in the online store don’t have pics, and it would be nice if they did.

    Just curious if our on-line catalogue will ever be updated with all of the pictures of the products/parts that are available for us to order? I’m sorry, but I really feel like the ball is being dropped here. There are some replacement parts that I need to order for my equipment, but have no idea which part on-line is the one I need in many cases and I don’t feel like ordering blind (which I have done in the past). Some things on-line are self explanatory like the $.29 small flip top (which has a picture). I did however find an item that is over $1000 that has no picture (it is a self explanatory item, but that still amazes me). Oh, and there is still no pic of the HB door mat…..unless it looks like a small red “x”.

    Also, there are photos that do not correspond to the item received….caused me to call and confirm that I got the right part and someone at corporate to spend their time explaining the change….in my case, Cody…yesterday.

    I would hazard to bet a lot of money that everyone at corporate has something better to do than to explain what something is/is not, when a photo that costs a few minutes to take and post would suffice.

    Then again, I might be totally wrong…

    Dave Devlin is correct, this has been a subject for a long, long time and I cannot recall any response from corporate….and again, I might be wrong.

    Our corporate office is working on updated pictures. We have also been looking for a better shopping cart/on line store program that would meet the needs of most. Our transition to the new logo is about complete and new pictures are being taken. We realize that some of the pictures have not moved with the item in the store causing the wrong picture to be with the right item. We are working on fixing these problems.
