I learned this a while ago from Cody and thought it was interesting and was something I didn’t know. Our cleaning solution has an encapsulation factor to it. As the final drying of the carpet takes place, encapsulation occurs. The next time the customer vacuums, a bit of extra cleaning happens.

But our cleaning product is not a “total” encapsulation product. There are products out there that use encapsulation as the only method of mechanic’s in the cleaning process and I don’t think they work as well in my understanding. correct?
