Ok….. Here is an area that is for sale that already has a very good HB following of loyal customers. It is nested in a part of the state of Mn that for the outdoor enthusist would be heaven on earth. There is hunting, fishing, snow mobiling, or whatever you would choose to participate in. I know the area very well and have spent the last 7 or so years developing the territory. It is ajacent to the area that I own. The Fargo/Moorhead area’s. This Detroit Lakes area is roughly 45 miles from my area’s. Many of my customers have lake homes in the Detroit Lakes area but live in Fargo or Moorhead so that is how I have built up the Lakes area. I now have commercial accounts that need attention on a yearly basis also in this area. In short I have turned down business in this area because I have so much in my own area’s that I can’t sacrifice that time and energy to get to the Detroit Lakes area. I do not own this territory. All the business that has been developed I would give to the new owner. NO CHARGE to me. I only ask this…. When I have larger commercial projects of my own that require more equipment/manpower that you would at least consider helping me out. Some sort of compensation would be established for that persons efforts depending on the size and scope of the job. My state owner is second to none to work with. Both Bryan and Vicki Ferris are the absolute greatest people. They would be the actual people for any inquiring minds to contact. I cannot stress enough the point that these customers are very loyal to the HB system and not just to me personally. The competion in this area is for the most part nonexistant. I call him “bubba”, and so do his customers when they discribe him. He’s destroyed more carpets then cleaned them.
You want numbers you say? Commercial is currently about 3000.00+ per year. Residential: About 6500+ per year. I charge .32 per sq ft for residential in the area and .22 for commercial in the area. Protectant is an additional charge. Mileage outside the Detroit Lakes area, .45 per mile but considering the current fuel prices that’s going up. The clientel is your average to upper level of clients. No trailer park stuff here….. Now understand… I’ve only just scimmed the area and have turned down more business than I can really put into numbers.So…. Here you go. Call a cousin. Your brother. Your best friend. Better yet, call Bryan. It’s really a GREAT opportunity for the right person. Again, the business is already there. People already LOVE you and WANT more of you! and the best thing about it is that you get ME for a neighbor!!!
Thanks for taking the time to read this.My best wishes for all…
