Quick Books Customer Manager is what I use. It user friendly and sycs all of your data with your QB financial software.

I don’t know if they make/sell QB Customer Manager anymore. I did a quick search on their site and it wasn’t listed. I had it way back but somehow my license expired (?) and it wouldn’t reinstall when I got a new computer. It was a decent program though.

QB Customer manager is not available any longer and it does not work with Windows 7. The new one is Sales Force and is Web based only and not what I want to do at this time. Maybe I might have to run one that does not interface with QB? Thanks

I am running Quickbooks Customer Manager 2.5 on Windows 7 and I have no compatibility issues. However, I believe the product has been discontinued.

Zoho CRM has a free version, however in order to interface with qb you must upgrade to the Professional Version at $12 per month and then purchase the qb add on at $25 per month.

I spent about a year getting QB customer manager set up so I only had to click a couple buttons and it would print out mailing labels for each month’s reminder cards. Now QB customer manager is no more. Yes I am pretty mad. However moving on, what do you use or what method etc. to get your monthly reminders sent out? In QB I have a field named “Reminder”. Every time I do a job, I put the month (1, 2 … 12) in that field. I can print a report for each month but to print the labels I have to mark each customer individually. Then if I make a mistake, which is quite often, I have to go back through and mark each customer again. I need help!

    Don,
Once you have gotten the list of people for, let’s just say month “11”. You might be able to export that list into an Excel file. Then you can use that to create labels.
