ParticipantI would encourage all operators to do a postcard mailer with a special offer to everyone on your customer list. Postcards are inexpensive and are a great way to re-connect with your customers. If anyone is interested I’d be happy to email you a few examples of what I’ve done in the past.

ParticipantHey Ammon
I would love to see your postcards. My partner has been working on some of our own to do a mailing but I would love to see what yours look like. Thanks

ParticipantGreat cards! Now we need a way to print the addresses on our cards or all of our loyal customer and not have to print them out individually. Print out the customer addresses that have a reminder on them and not the ones that was empty and are moving out of our area.

I export the customer list and then go through the list and highlight the customers I want to send to in red. Then I do a mail merge and print out the customers on the reminder card or thank you card or whatever it is I’m printing.
