When I have a targeted real estate office, hotel, commercial building, etc. I try to call ahead and ask for the name of office manger, general manager or contractor. Having a name makes it easier when trying to schedule a demo, proposal, etc. If I don’t have a name, I usually just ask for the person in charge of the cleaning, maintenance, etc. I always take some kind of promotional item. The front office staff appreciate free stuff and this certainly opens communication much easier. Try cookies with the HB label, pens, candy, etc.
