Also, look at how they actually performed the transition – on our live server … Tyler at his ripe old age of ?? … knows better than to do that. Tyler’s gut instinct to bring the new site up on a test server, check it, review it, etc., then cutover to it live was exactly what they should have done. But the outsourced staff, … blew it.

… Unfortunately, most paid techies don’t have Tyler’s instincts.

I wanted to bring this back to the top. I think on a daily basis, why not run a natioinal ad. I wouldn’t know how to structure a price for this nor do any of us, other than corporate—I assume, know how much this would cost us. Why not take the risk though. One common consensus from all of us is that spring is usually busy for the majority of us I would hope and why not try it for 3 months at least. What if it worked guys. I think it would play a major role in getting us into a manager/boss situation than a operator situation. Or, maybe those of us with so big a population could try it out in our areas. I am closing in on a million people here in Texas, if not already. From previous replys, there have been some for and some against. I don’t mind getting down and dirty with the carpets, tile, etc, etc… According to my poll here, the majority rules but not near enough votes to even think of it. Let me know some more thoughts on this. It got brought up on the advertising section, which I should have put this under in the 1st place.

    Mike
