Love the look of the new comment cards. Had one thought on the subject though. Any chance of adding somewhere on the card that the customer can fill out a comment card on the main HB website instead of mailing it in if they want to. I would think that might increase the number of responses, which helps everyone involved (coorporate, state owner, operators). Plus, some people might not realize that HB is nation-wide, and if they like our work and notice that there is a HB operator in their sister’s/brother’s/mom’s area, they may pass the word on, which once again helps everyone out. Anyway, just a thought and didn’t know where to put it on the website.
