Hey Guys has anyone done business with these guys?
they want me to clean some Claire’s Accessories stores and they are around 900 Sq Ft for 100 dollars . I’m not sure I want it .I need info

I am not familiar with this company; however, $100 for 900 sqft of commercial carpet does not sound like a fair deal. I would recommend the following; min. .20-.30/sqft for first cleaning. I would provide them with a maint. schedule of; monthly, quarterly, 2x/yr, etc.
