Sometimes it is better to say NO, than loose money.
Besides, who are you saying NO to. The crazy Rat….. I mean Cat lady.
With that kind of smell, do you think she has any friends to tell of your wonderful job?
And what kind of friends would that be?

Do you think that I might be allergic to Rats…. I mean Cats?

I turn down a lot of business that is pet urine related. I probably turned down $5k worth of work last year because of it.

Yeah, and what’s equally annoying is these are usually the same people who are categorically CHEAP! They won’t usually pay for protector, even though they need it the worst!! I am personally very allergic to cats, so I avoid these situations – unless it is generally a well-kept home with cats I won’t do it either!

I have a customers area rug in my garage that I have been messing with for a week. I have treated it with liquid pet enzyme twice, and it still smells bad. Today I took a garden hose to it, to make sure all the enzyme has been removed. I think this one is a lost cause.

Even though it is in my garage, the smell is so bad that I can smell it in my house.

The only good cat is a dead cat!
