everytime I go online using internet explorer and check my e-mail using outlook express it logs me off and logs me back on again also when I am in outlook express and prepare email to send it does the same thing again when I click send mail logs me out and logs me back in again. I just upgraded from windows me to windows xp. any help please… 😕 😕
You probably have a setting configuration in Outlook messed up. You could poke around in there looking for the issue, or you could do an export of your .pst file, then uninstall Outlook and reinstall it and then restore your .pst file.
