I got this idea from one of the operators at the NE regional meeting a few months back and decided to give it a try. Here is a copy of the letter I sent, feel free to use it.

As a current Heaven’s Best customer, you know that our professionalism, superior cleaning process and outstanding customer service ranks second to none. But are you aware that we also specialize in business and commercial cleaning services?
If you or your spouse (parents, kids, friends, etc.) work, attend services, or play in or around the Monmouth County area, why not bring Heaven’s Best along? We service, offices, churches, gyms, daycare facilities, you name it! Simply contact me with the information or ask the owner or office manager to contact me.
Your boss, co-workers or parishioners will be glad you did! Let Heaven’s Best handle the toughest carpet, upholstery, tile and grout or hardwood floor cleaning jobs.
