How far out on a calander are operators scheduling their customers?

Don– In the past years at this time I was scheduling at least a week ahead. However this year, due to the economy, poor weather or whatever else, I am only a few days out. I have a couple of customers scheduled 2 months out for specific family functions.

We have revamped yet again. My wife now takes care of all phones and scheduling (currently on paper, but we are quickly working on converting to primarily an ipad for in office). After she gets the calls she enters them into google calander and we get them real time on our android phones all color coded and easy to read. This also works well when we as operators need to schedule something on sight. We have whats available right in front of us.

When things are slow we are scheduling 2-3days out. During the summer it starts pushing 2 weeks

I believe I got it fixed so you can use Google Calendar with your HeavensBest.com email address. If some one tries it after today and it doesn’t work, let me know.
    -Thanks-

Does anyone use Google calender (from gmail) for multi-van operations for cleaning appointments? If so, Does this work well in connection with I-phone, for employees knowing when and where to go?

How do you sync more than one phone to google calendar?

You might try syncing multiple calendars together. And have one calendar for each iphone, but then sync those calendars to your main calendar.

    But I’m just guessing here.

You might be able to sync one calendar to multiple phones.
