Are YOU the Most Respected?

We all have room for improvement, except Chuck Norris. I love my kids jokes. Chuck Norris doesn’t do push-ups he does earth downs. And my Favorite… When Chuck Norris was born, only the Doctor cried… Never slap Chuck Norris!
I’ve come to understand, after 27 years in the cleaning business, ten and a half years as a state owner, your actions determine your success, mediocresscy, or falure. YOU, not your neighbor, not your compitition,(even though they can make a difference), ultamately, YOU make the difference.
After five children, I’ve heard allot, “I got that bad grade because the teacher doesn’t like me.” Blame is easy. Take the high road and seek results. Make a plan and follow it. Do a minimum of 40 hrs a week in a serious job for yourself, like you would, working for an employer.
Keep track of your inventory. Do monthly reports and pay franchise fees on time. Do evaluation cards. Look and act the part. If you find a weekness, seek to strenghthen it. If you lack knowledge, educate yourself.
In most cases, those that were struggling are still struggling, those that were doing well are still doing well! Most operators that were the most respected in their area are having an increase of 20-60%. I would encourage you to continue to do and be the most respected in your area. Rise above the fog. Work hard and smart. Enjoy the sunshine! Find ways to make 2009 your best year. It’s a great filling to be called Heaven’s Best!
