just wondering if anyone uses this anymore.
Its always the same people on here
I log in about once a month and try to respond and be helpful, but it does seem to be a lot of the same people on here. I’m a member of a few very active Facebook groups for carpet cleaners. I wonder if a Heaven’s Best franchisee-only group on Facebook would get more activity than an old school forum…
I usually get on once a week to see if there is something new.
I had lost my password and hadn’t been on for a couple of years. so thought I had better get back in touch.
I am here checking in every few days. There is a ton of great info that has already been shared on the BB I think anyone looking for helpful tips or ideas is a quick search away from getting some great information.
having said that, there are a bunch of guys here ready to offer help. So if anyone doesn’t find answers, askI try to check it every day, but fail miserably. I have a note to check it, but sometimes other work gets in the way.
I look at it once a month. I should check every week. How everyone’s summer going?

I think this is ABSOLUTELY an AWESOME IDEA! We briefly talked to John about having a way to bring the operators together for feedback. There are some things that are not working for us but maybe another operator has something they do better. This (Forum) is DEFINITELY the OLD SCHOOL way of doing it. I think a HB Corporate Page for Operators Only would be AWESOME! I can see that there may need to be a full time employee needing assigned to the task. I have seen it work for some companies. There usually seems to be one or two disgruntled franchisees that my put their two sense in though. That could be handled through admin overseeing posts though (which is why I would suggest a full time FB manager). We need some NEW SCHOOL ways to do stuff as it is a different time and age… not the 80s and 90s anymore 😀
