"Additional Streams of Income"

Duct and dryer vent cleaning, Carpet re-stretching, window cleaning, and water restoration. Why?
I’m sure Cody will be presenting more and more reasons why, but this is what I learned from the 2013 – 2014 stat’s in my then four states… The owners offering additional services (Tile & grout, hard wood floor, marble, VCT tile cleaning, and/or commercial contracts etc.) have increased in average of 47% to the those owners not doing additional services averaged a degrease of 36%. WOW! I could see a major difference before I did the stat’s, but didn’t think there was that much of a difference. Granted the increase didn’t all come from the additional services, but instead increased the carpet and upholstery business as well.
So, with carpet installations on a decreasing trend, the additional streams of income, to me only makes sense. Now and in the future.
Another why? It’s another way to secure employee work being more consistent and more predictable.
