    Hey all,

    I know this was brought up a few years ago, but wondered if anyone had any info on where Heavens Best stands with Tandus as of today? We were an approved low-moisture CertiCare provider several years ago, but this is what is listed on Tandus’s website as of today:

    “Rotary Shampooing/Bonnet Cleanings: Never to be used on Tandus products…NEVER USE A ROTARY BONNET.”

    I assume that we are technically no longer a Tandus CertiCare provider?

    That would be a good question for John. Have you called the office on this?
