I was asked to clean and wax the linoleum floors (approx. 800 sf) of a business office. Has any of you ever cleaned linoleum floors for a business office before? I think I can use the hard surface cleaner, but, after reading a little info on the internet, it might be too harsh. Also, I am not sure if I should use the buffer to scrub the floor. So, any advice on cleaning and waxing linoleum floors would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,

    Ron

If it has wax on it you will have to strip it first. Use dewaxer and the red or blue pads as they are less aggressive. If it doesn’t have wax then you can use our multi surface cleaner and a red pad and then apply wax if that is what they want.
