I have some spots from a gardener who tracked in manure on the bottom of his shoes and tracked about 20 “footprints” onto a customers carpet.
I’ve cleaned them three times already and they have now come back a fourth time.
I first sprayed fast acting enzyme on them, gave it 15 minutes to dwell then spayed #101 and cleaned with the dirt napper, then woven turf, then thin pad. Each time it looks good when I finish but have been called back.
The second time I used the upholstery mate to extract using dry solvent and TGP and a scrub brush. Used #101, dirt napper, the new purple pad then the thin pad.
Third trip I repeated my first step.
Suggestions?
Thanks in advance.
