I rec’d a job from a customer that heard about us in the Wall St Journal.
Got another customer in the same building and also got the doorman in my pocket now to be the exlcusive referred carpet cleaner in a building of about 400 residents.
I pay the doorman 10% of any job.
It worked out very well.
