    for anyone still using a regular tape measure, i would HIGHLY recommend buying this product. i bought it the other day and it cut the amount of time i give an estimate in half. it’s called rolatape and you can find it at http://www.rolatape.com or on ebay. i have the mm-12 twin. AWESOME PRODUCT!

    I agree, been using mine for a few years now, and folks are always commenting on it. Very professional. I used to use the electronic one but it was a pain in the well you know.

    i agree with you 100% den. the electrical one was a pain in the $%^&.
    stopped using it a long time ago.

    Looks like a very good quality tool but for 1/4 the cost, you can go to any Lowes, Home Depot, ect. and find one that works just fine.

    Yea I was a little surprised to see how pricey they were. I got mine brand new on Ebay for $20. You can find a lot of good deals on there. Thats why I suggested to look there first. Or if you can find them cheaper at Lowes; go for it. Didnt know they sold them there.

    A while back i bought a stanley model. It had a small wheel. But after checking it , I found that it short changed me about a foot for every 20.

    When my parents had the company the corporate had one of these. I remember playing with it. It would help for the big commercial jobs where the digitape doesn’t measure that far. If people are impressed with the little toys that we have. My thinking is use it. Craiglist and ebay are great things to get great deals.
